Britain’s insect farming frontier
One of only a handful of British-owned, British-operating BSF farms in the UK. Most insect products sold to UK consumers are imported from the Netherlands or Asia. Syntects is the domestic alternative — every larva hatches and grows in Staffordshire.

Dried mealworms are illegal to feed to poultry in the UK under animal feed regulations — yet millions of backyard chicken keepers buy them every month, unaware. Live Calci Worms are the legal alternative that most people have never heard of.
